Welcome to my chair...

Thank you for taking the time to browse around my page, research your future hair goals and get to know me a little better. I love the process of hair design and look forward to discussing your styling needs.

 

I take hair very seriously and require ALL clients to complete a text, 

phone and or in person COMPLIMENTARY consultation before your scheduled service. Whether your needs are big or small, it is very important we discuss your hair history, budget, expectations, and overall desires for your visit. For me the consultation is the most exciting part of your hair appointment. It's the fundamental component in executing your hair goals, so please be honest and know this is a judgement free space to discuss all previous processing's, thoughts and ideas during this time. 

 

ALL PRICING on my Service List are subject to change and are NOT up for negotiation. They're based on your hair density, length, current color, texture and overall current condition of your hair. These properties play a large part in determining the amount of time, product and work needed to achieve your overall desired results. I do not issue refunds for any services provided. All appointments made have a 24hr cancellation policy. All clients are given 1 "Free Pass" where you can cancel within the 24hr period, however, all future appointments will then be subject to a non-refundable deposit and 50% charge of the total service fee if policy is broken.

 

I pride myself on having honest and open communication with everyone of my clients, especially, when it comes to their hair needs and overall well being. I am truly looking forward to working with you in the near future and am so excited to see where this adventure takes us. COVID-19

Assumption of Risk and Waver of Liability Relating to COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). This virus is highly contagious and is believed to spread from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, local governments and health agencies have recommended social distancing to prevent COVID-19 from spreading.

 

The salon and myself have put into place preventative measures recommended by the CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and other agencies to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we CONNOT guarantee you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending the salon to receive service(s) by me could increase your risk of contracting this virus.

By making an appointment, receiving service(s) by me or and or entering the salon I operate in you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following statements:

I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any and all risk of exposure to or infection with COVID-19 by attending my appointment. I acknowledge any such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and or death. I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 maybe the result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others, but not limited to, all salon renters, staff and clientele.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risk and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, permanent disability, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind, that I may experience or incurring in connection with attendance to the salon or participation in any salon service(s) by Brittany Miller or salon professionals. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless Brittany Miller, the salon she operates at, including all co-renters, workers, staff, agents and representatives of and from all salon services, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Furthermore, I understand and agree this release includes any "claims" based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Brittany Miller, the salon, its renters, agents, workers, staff and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in any salon services.
